  1. 1. Reservations

  2. 2. From Inquiry to Confirmed Booking

    Once you contact us by phone or via the reservation form, a member of our team will get in touch with you.

    After discussing the details, your final fee will be confirmed and we will send you an invoice. At this stage, your booking will be treated as a "provisional reservation."

    Your reservation will be fully confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not received within one week of the provisional reservation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

  3. 3. Cancellation Policy

    If a cancellation is requested within one month of your reservation date after full booking confirmation, the following cancellation fees will apply.

    1 month before the reservation date 30% of the total fee
    1 week before the reservation date 50% of the total fee
    1 day before the reservation date 100% of the total fee
  4. 4. Site Visits

    Site visits are welcome; however, please keep them to approximately 30 minutes. Visits exceeding 30 minutes may be subject to a usage fee.

    Please note that confirmed reservations take priority over site visits, and we may need to reschedule your visit accordingly.

    If a reservation is already in place on your preferred visit date, we may ask you to wait until the reservation details are finalized before confirming your visit.

    If you would like to prioritize your site visit over existing reservations, this can be arranged by paying the standard fee (starting from the minimum hourly rate).

  5. 5. Payment

    Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted.

  6. 6. Liability for Damages

    We kindly ask all guests and their accompanying parties to handle our facilities and equipment with care.

    In the event of any damage, all repair and compensation costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

    We accept no responsibility for any accidents or theft that occur within the venue under the guest's supervision.

  7. 7. Termination of Contract

    We reserve the right to terminate a reservation if our terms and conditions are not observed, or if we determine that any guest or attendee is likely to engage in conduct that violates laws or public order.

  8. 8. Prohibited Activities

    The following activities are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in termination of your reservation.

    • Bringing in or consuming outside food and beverages
    • Bringing in items that may generate excessive noise
    • Moving furniture or using equipment for unintended purposes without prior notice
    • Bringing in items that may produce strong or unpleasant odors
    • Bringing in flammable or combustible materials
    • Bringing in excessively heavy items that may damage the premises
    • Attaching tape or nails to the venue, fixtures, equipment, or building
    • Smoking inside the venue or in any shared areas of the building
  9. 9. Additional Notes

    • Please take all rubbish with you when you leave.
    • Please familiarize yourself in advance with emergency exits, evacuation routes, and fire safety equipment.
    • A designated person in charge must remain on the premises throughout the duration of your booking.
    • The booking party is responsible for managing the venue, including guiding attendees and preventing theft and accidents.
    • We accept no liability for personal injury, theft, or other incidents that occur during use of the venue.
    • For any other matters regarding use of the venue, please consult with our staff and follow their instructions.
    • Please notify our staff in advance if you plan to enter the premises or bring in any items.
    • Please use the designated times and routes for bringing in or removing any installations, products, or equipment.
